Art Therapy for Kids
The pandemic has brought unique challenges for kids. Grow Together is a 5-week art therapy group for ages 6 to10 . It is a supportive space where children can develop emotional awareness, learn mindfulness techniques, create, enhance problem-solving skills, work collaboratively, and build friendships.
